Upon successful transaction, you can check the TX history with the TXID the exchange provides, and also you can view this deposit from Steaker’s “Wallet Record”. The transfer has to go through a string of security verifications, thus may take a few minutes to go through; As for BTC, it may take up to an hour. If the processing time takes longer than expected, please contact our Customer Support and provide your TXID to help facilitate our workflow.
If the following incidents occurred, processing fees would be charged:
- If the transfer was made into the one-time address generated by the subscription of Steaker’s portfolio before the system update, there would be a good chance to retrieve your funds, but it would cost 15 USDⓢ as processing fees.
- If you transferred the tokens not supported by Steaker (i.e. BNB) using the networks hosted by Steaker or deposited tokens in Smart Contract that are not supported by Steaker (i.e. ETH), you might be subject to loss of your assets. If this were the case, you would need to contact our Customer Support immediately to see if your funds are retrievable. It would cost 15 USDⓢ as processing fees if your funds could be retrieved.
- If the transfer was made inadvertently using the networks or tokens not supported by Steaker, contact our Customer Support ASAP to see if your funds are retrievable. It would cost 150 USDⓢ as processing fees if your funds could be retrieved. However, chances are that your funds cannot be retrieved, so it’s highly important to confirm both the network and the token before you proceed with your transaction.
