NAV, short for Net Asset Value, normally refers to a company’s total assets less its liabilities. When applied to an individual, it is simply the actual interest on your investment plus your principal. Just like the Current/Original APY, NAV is also calculated with interest updated on an hourly basis, from which incentive fees and front-end load have been deducted.
